Cori Soliz
LICENSED MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST 90141
Cori provides a nonjudgmental and nurturing environment that facilitates your journey towards greater health. Using evidence-based techniques (IFS and EMDR), she can help you find your inner healer and connect you with the lost parts of yourself that are needing guidance right now. By processing painful memories together and releasing emotions or beliefs that have gotten stuck in your mind and body, you will be able to recognize and remember who you truly are. From that lighter place, you will begin to find more helpful ways of coping with life.
Cori is committed to...
meeting you where you are at in your process of healing
understanding you so that she can help align you with your highest Self
following your lead and pace so that the process of therapy can feel manageable

She focuses on challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, parenting, major life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Iman specializes in…
working with individuals with multiple disabilities

creating affirming, culturally responsive, and accessible therapeutic spaces for every client

Julie offers a warm, down-to-earth presence for adults and couples navigating the ripple effects of addiction, abuse, complicated grief, early-life trauma, and generational patterns. With a background spanning both clinical and corporate environments, she brings a nuanced understanding of workplace trauma, burnout, and chronic stress—guiding clients through the emotional challenges of major life changes and transitions.
Her integrative approach blends certification in grief counseling and Ayurvedic wellness with principles of Humanistic Psychology, Family Systems, and mindfulness-based practices. Julie helps clients restore emotional balance and reconnect mind and body—especially those who feel pressure to appear strong while struggling quietly beneath the surface.

"Cori brings a quiet, deep and steady presence to her work. She has gone through all of our workshops and become a healing shame practitioner in addition to all the training she did to become an MFT. She has assisted at many of our workshops. I have watched her guide sessions where she is able to gently take participants into the imaginal realm where deep work can happen. Her work is creative and insightful. Her presence takes counter-shaming to a new level."
